Our Purpose
Our purpose is to help members and their families within our congregation.
The strength of our resources lies in our relationship with national, state and local affiliations. It is through these affiliations that we are able to tap into strategic as well as financial assets: The National Credit Union Association (NCUA) ensures credit unions to protect their members’ funds in savings, checking, money market, and retirement accounts.
Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is the only national association that advocates for the entire credit union movement. It stands firmly in the corner of America’s credit unions to advocate for, promote, support, protect, unify and advance the credit union movement.
Illinois Credit Union League (ICUL) is the primary trade association for credit unions in Illinois. It provides legislative support, advocacy, regulatory consultation and assists credit unions with compliance support; offering an array of professional development opportunities.
The Faith Based Credit Union Alliance (FBCUA) is an association of several small faith-based credit unions in the Chicago metro area. Members of the FBCUA have worked together and pooled their resources for the past decade to offer quality financial service to Chicago’s minority communities.
